A Way In The Wilderness of Life

Isaiah 43 V 18-21, 25:

18 Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.

19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

20 The beast of the field shall honour me, the dragons and the owls: because I give waters in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert, to give drink to my people, my chosen.

21 This people have I formed for myself; they shall shew forth my praise.

25 I, even I, am he that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake, and will not remember thy sins.

Jesus - The Way, The Truth & The Life:

John 14 V 6:

6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

The Cross is a Door or Gate to Pass though into Right Standing with God - Righteousness.

The Point of Salvation - Christ’s Cross of Calvary

John 3 V 16-17:

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

Passing by the Living Waters, Springs, Streams

Desert Wilderness, Reeds, Rushes, Grass, Pools

Living Waters, Springs -

Isaiah 35 V 4-7:

4 Say to them that are of a fearful heart, Be strong, fear not: behold, your God will come with vengeance, even God with a recompence; he will come and save you.

5 Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, and the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped.

6 Then shall the lame man leap as an hart, and the tongue of the dumb sing: for in the wilderness shall waters break out, and streams in the desert.

7 And the parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water: in the habitation of dragons, where each lay, shall be grass with reeds and rushes.

John 4 V 13-14

13 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again:

14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

Acts 2 V 4:

4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Isaiah 12 V 3:

3 Therefore with joy shall ye draw water out of the wells of salvation.

Highway - The Way of Holiness:

Isaiah 35 V 8-9:

8 And an highway shall be there, and a way, and it shall be called The way of holiness; the unclean shall not pass over it; but it shall be for those: the wayfaring men, though fools, shall not err therein.

9 No lion shall be there, nor any ravenous beast shall go up thereon, it shall not be found there; but the redeemed shall walk there:

Isaiah 35 V 10:

10 And the ransomed of the Lord shall return, and come to Zion with songs and everlasting joy upon their heads: they shall obtain joy and gladness, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

Most Zion - City of The Great King

Psalm 48 V 2:

2 Beautiful for situation, the joy of the whole earth, is mount Zion, on the sides of the north, the city of the great King.

Pools or Wells of Salvation: (Isaiah 12:3)

After Salvation, we have Jesus Christ with us, as we go through life.  As we build our relationship with Him, and seek Him, we will receive springs of living water inside of us.  These living Streams then help us to bring God’s life to or wilderness and desert places.

The pools are spiritual wells to drink from.  The dragons are the negative ungodly influences in our lives.  The reeds and rushes and grass are life, blessings, and covering of Righteousness.
