Believe In Your Heart and Confess With Your Mouth, the following:
Jesus, I know I am a sinner and I need your forgiveness.
I ask you, Jesus, to come into my heart, to forgive me for my sins. I ask you to be my King, my Lord and my Saviour.
I believe that you died for me on the cross of Calvary and You were resurrected on the third day.
Seal me with your Holy Spirit.
